    The opposite side of town, Battery Point Trailhead offers locals and visitors alike a create-your-own trail walk. Find yourself where rain forest, coastline, and mountain views converge. This route leads to a smooth stone beach where you’ll see Kelgaya Point, Kelgaya Bay, and maybe even whales! Battery Point is accessible further into the trees. This trail offers sweeping vistas of Lynn Canal and the surrounding peaks along the way- whether you stop short at Kelgaya, or continue on to the Point.
